Twelve wonderfully quirky Halloween characters fill this bold picture patch panel from Quilting Treasures. Each square features a different illustrated monster or ghoul — from scarecrows and mummies to witches, pumpkin-headed figures, and spooky creatures — all rendered in a charming, folk-art style with aged parchment-toned backgrounds. Orange and green marbled framing on a rich dark black background gives this panel its dramatic, Halloween-ready look.
