1. How can I place an order?
Ordering from Sunnyside Fabrics UK is super easy! Just browse our collection, select the items you love, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout, and follow the simple steps to complete your purchase.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

3. How long will it take to receive my order?
I know you're excited to get your hands on the fabulous fabrics! Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Generally if an order is placed before 3pm it can be included with the days post. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking where applicable will be added to your order and a confirmation will be emailed to you.

4. What if I need to return or exchange an item?
I want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! If for any reason you're not satisfied, please refer to our Returns Policy for instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange. My customer service team,is actually me,  and I’m here to help every step of the way, just give me a call.

Of course! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Simply click on the tracking link to keep an eye on your package's journey to your doorstep.

9. Do you visit sewing and quilting groups for a sale?
Yes I sure do! If you're interested in Sunnyside Fabrics coming to your group so you can buy fabrics in person, please reach out to our team for more information. I love working with groups of all sizes.
