There’s a second free quilt pattern for the Tree of Life collection, and this one uses the Painted Nature block panel.

The Tree of Life Painted Nature Block Quilting Panel by Sylvie Demers for P&B Textiles combines eight framed designs of colourful birds and branching trees over painterly botanical backgrounds, all brought together by a blue striped surround. The blocks are approximately 10 inches before cutting and sewing, so there’s plenty of scope for a quilt centre, a wall hanging or a set of smaller projects.

The free pattern is available to download and print, and if you’re buying the panel and would prefer a printed copy, just add a note to your order asking for one and we’ll pop it in with your fabric.

The coordinating prints from the Tree of Life collection would be lovely alongside the blocks, whether you’re planning a sampler-style quilt with sashing between the blocks, a colourful wall hanging, or features for cushions and tote bags.
