Returns policy

All returns should reach us within 28 days of receipt, after that period it is assumed that the goods have been accepted by the purchaser.

Returns cannot be accepted if the goods have been cut damaged, marked, or cleaned in anyway, goods must be new and unused.

Refunds will only be eligible on receipt of goods by us.
The refund will then be processed with 48 working hours of our acceptance of the goods.
Sale items will not be eligible for refunds.
Returns must be sent via Royal mail post, and properly packaged to prevent any damage,
Business address will be provided upon request.
All non sale items can be accepted for returns and substitute goods/refund may be provided or offered.
Buyer must accept postage costs for all returns.

All our stock is checked prior to posting, if however faulty goods are sent by mistake then we will offer a full refund on receipt of the goods.

Postage will be at the purchasers cost for all refunds and not recompensed.
